Warren C. Mann, R.A., PE
Principal Architect/Structural Engineer
Education: Warren C. Mann is a graduate of Lafayette College, Easton, PA, 1956 and has completed post graduate courses at New Jersey Institute of Technology and Drexel University.
Professional: Warren Mann is a registered architect and a licensed structural engineer with over 50 years of experience in the planning, design and engineering of more than 1800 individual projects. Mr. Mann is able to bring his wide range of experience with different project types and his knowledge of construction methods to the design of each new building program. His professional registrations include certification by the National Council of Architectural Registration Board as well as licenses in 12 states for the practice of Architecture including Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also licensed as a Professional Engineer in the States of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Vermont and New York.
Warren Mann and Mann-Hughes Architecture has received numerous awards for various building types and projects including the 2000 ABA Award of Excellence for the design of the St. Robert Bellarmine Educational Facility. In addition, Mr. Mann has lectured nationally and has been published on the topic of Veterinary Medical facilities.
Michael Hughes, R.A.
Principal Architect
Education: Bachelor of Architecture, New Jersey Institute of Technology – New Jersey School of Architecture, 1981
Professional: Michael Hughes joined Warren Mann Architects in 1983 and became partner with Mr. Mann forming Mann-Hughes Architecture in 1994. During his 27 year association with Mr. Mann, Mr. Hughes has been a key participant in all aspects of the design and construction process for numerous church sanctuary and education projects. During these projects, he has developed good working relationships with church building committee members. He has helped create strong Programming and Master Planning documents to define the short and long term goals for these projects leading to successful design solutions. In addition, his skills with watercolor painting, 3D computer modeling and CAD drafting has helped Mann-Hughes communicate these project designs in both the presentation and construction document phases of the projects.
Mr. Hughes has been licensed to practice architecture in the State of New Jersey since 1988.
Eric Daubert, R.A.
Project Architect
Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Temple University, 1984
Professional: Eric Daubert joined Mann-Hughes Architecture in 2004 as a Project Architect and has been involved in all aspects of the profession from conceptual design through construction administration on a variety of projects with emphasis on those related to church and education. Mr. Daubert works closely with clients and those involved during the design process to ensure that the project meets their needs and goals.
Mr. Daubert has been licensed to practice architecture in Pennsylvania since 1989.
Jeffrey A. Harris, R.A., AIA
Project Architect
Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Temple University, 1992
Professional: Jeff Harris is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry both as an architect and as a general contractor. He is an expert in the areas of planning, project management, construction documentation, cost analysis, code analysis, and computer aided graphic representation. Many of his projects have been published in national trade publications, and he has written numerous articles on church growth and planning. Jeff is a member of the American Institute of Architects, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, Construction Specifications Institute, International Code Council, U.S. Green Building Council, and is an accredited LEED Professional.
Brenda N. Hobbs
Architect/Project Manager
Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Spring Garden College, 1992
Professional: Brenda Hobbs has been with Mann-Hughes Architecture since 1998. She has experience with a multitude of projects in all aspects of architecture and interior design. Her involvement in projects spans conceptual preliminary design through building completion. She has been instrumental in integrating the exterior and interior architecture and design. She works in an enthusiastic, collaborative design process with clients to achieve the most inviting, welcoming spaces, capturing the clients’ ideas and aspiration and guiding them through the process. She views each project as a built environment that has the ability to be used as a tool to provide inspiration and better the lives of each individual who enters it.
Architect /Project Manager
Education: Bachelor of Architecture, The City College of New York - The Bernard and Anne Spitzer School of Architecture, 1984
Professional: Mrs. Bastidas has worked with Mann-Hughes Architecture since 1996. She has executed numerous projects from the conceptual design through the construction administration, ranging from churches, veterinary hospitals, residential and educational buildings. Her attention to detail and efficiency results in high quality projects and excellent client satisfaction. Her expertise reflects in the development and detail of the construction documents, which manifests into an appealing and inspired final project.
Achitect/Designer
Education: Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, University of North Carolina at Charlotte
Professional: Meghan Milici originally began her career at Mann-Hughes Architecture in 2001, joining the firm full-time after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2005. Meghan has experience in a wide range of projects from churches, veterinary hospitals, and commercial projects. She works in all aspects of the design process including computer modeling for design and presentation purposes.
CAD-Building Specialist
Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Temple University, 1984
Professional: Thom Britschge's career began in 1984 at The Hillier Group in Princeton, NJ. Working at one of the largest U.S. architectural firms provided him a great education on how to build buildings. After nine years he left to spread his “creative wings” by starting his own company, The Idea Factory, where for four years he created graphic presentations and cartoons for the corporate world. In 1998 he joined WPH Architects for Ministry as a project coordinator, where he was employed until joining Mann-Hughes Architecture in early 2011. He has spent the past 27 years developing an expertise in organizing, developing and detailing construction documents, both on paper and on the computer. He is involved in several Christian compassion events each year and his life verse is Romans: 8:28.
Junior Engineer
Education: B.S. Architectural Engineer: Structural Concentration, The Pennsylvania State University, 2010
Professional: Daniel Bellay started his professional career with Mann-Hughes Architecture after his graduation from The Pennsylvania State University in the Fall of 2010. His body of work for Mann-Hughes has dealt with the design and development of structural designs for various projects. Mr. Bellay coordinates his efforts with other design professionals and construction managers to ensure that every project is completed to the clients specifications.
Interior Designer,
Education: Harcum College
Professional: Margie Chojnacki has worked on the Interior design team at Mann-Hughes Architecture since 2005, involved in projects such as veterinary hospitals, churches, education, administrative offices, corporate offices, and nursing facilities. Margie works with clients to integrate their ideas with our vision to create environments that provide an aesthetically functional space. Margie is a member of the IIDA and ASID Interior Design organizations.
Office Manager
Education: Associate’s Degree in Secretarial Sciences, Montgomery County Community College, 1989
Professional: Traci joined Mann-Hughes Architecture in April, 2011 as our Office Manager. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in business and legal administrative assistance, office management, business communication as well as marketing knowledge. Traci works every day to help keep our office running efficiently and is ready for any task she is given.
