Adaptive reuse at one of the country’s oldest textile mills

Mann-Hughes Architecture completed the the interior design for this adaptive reuse project converting one of the country's oldest textile mills, dating back to 1884, into loft style apartments at Yarn Factory Lofts in Manayunk, PA.

The Wilde Yarns Mill was a cornerstone of Philadelphia’s textile industry, family-owned and fully operational until 2012. Today, the interiors skillfully blend unique historical elements with modern conveniences, resulting in desirable multifamily rentals in the heart of Manayunk.
